Hi.  Thanks for stopping by!  I started this blog 5 years ago to share about my new found love of all things in country life while I was working at healing my body from chronic pain and severe insomnia.  It has evolved and now it’s about healing from the effects of three decades of being Poly-drugged.  And country life.  And life in general.

Some of what I write about may be controversial.  So am I.  Seems appropriate for me to expound on subjects that interest me, that help me in life, or that have inspired me.  Cannabis is one of those topics.  Long-term withdrawals from anti-depressants, benzodiazepines, and opiates is another.

I hope to educate, inform, and enlighten the human race on subjects and ideas that mainstream peeps are often afraid to face.  Life changes!!!!  What you thought was right for your path can change too.  Be open.  Stretch your mind and your hearts.
